Lead Times
What are your current lead times?
Our current lead times for:
Uppers and full rifle builds are 20+ weeks
Cerakoted handguards are 2-3 weeks
Shipping & Returns
How will I know when an item is back in stock?
The best way to know when your favorite item has been restocked is to sign up for the back in stock notifications. To do so, click on the product you would like then click on the "Notify When Available" button and enter your email address. We will update the inventory as soon as we get more product in and you will receive an email letting you know it is back in stock.
What shipping service do you use?
We primarily use UPS. If UPS is not available in your area, we will use USPS.
What are your shipping times?
Orders placed for in stock products will ship the following business day. This does not include handguards with cerakote, custom rifle builds or custom uppers
How do I get tracking info?
Tracking information will be sent to your email immediately after the shipping label has been printed.
I chose 'Local Pick Up' at checkout, now what?
You will receive a phone call or email to schedule a pickup appointment when your order has been completed. Please do not show up until you have made the appointment. We will ALWAYS contact you IMMEDIATELY upon completion.
How do I return or exchange something?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please email us and we will do our best to make it right.*
If you feel there are manufacturing issues with your rifle or upper, please call or email us to speak with technical support about the problems you are facing. If it is determined you will need to ship it back to us, you will be emailed a RMA that needs to be filled out as well as a copy of your Driver's License or License to Carry that MUST be included in your shipment. Please include any other issues/questions you need to be answered on this form.

*All returns are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Warranty
Do you have a warranty on your builds?
We have a lifetime warranty on our rifles/uppers.
Things not included in our warranty include burnt/shot out barrels or normal wear and tear
Payment methods/MIL/LEO Discount
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase through the website and will be delivered via email. To purchase, go to our Gift Card page located here.
Do you offer a MIL/LEO discount?
Yes, all active and retired military, first responders and LEO will receive 10% off. Please contact us for more information.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept cash or a credit/debit card.
What do I need to do to start my custom build?
All Things Custom Builds
Since everything is built to order, we require a 50% deposit to begin the build process and the remaining 50% will be due at time of completion.
What are my cerakote color options?
Any color you see on Cerakote's website, we can use to customize your rifle to your liking
What is the recommended barrel break in procedure?
FFL Transfers
Do you do FFL transfers?
Yes we do! It is $30 for an FFL item & $50 per NFA item. Please allow one business day for processing. When your firearm is ready for pick up, we will call you to schedule an appointment to fill out paperwork.
Torque Specs
What are the torque specs for your ARCA handguard screws and barrel nuts?
We recommend the following
For AR15-
Barrel Nut: 40-55 ft/lbs
Screws: 25 in/lbs

For AR10-
Barrel Nut: 55-65 ft/lbs
Screws: 25 in/lbs
Do I need to Loctite the screws?
No, Loctite is not needed for our handguard screws.
